Isn’t Java’s Post-Nup still in effect?

I believe Nik and Ava’s post-nip is still in effect. If Ava cheats, she gets nothing. If Nik cheats, Ava gets 90% of everything with 10% going to Spencer.

if Nik cheats with Esme, then not only does he lose everything, but the cushy life Esme thinks she gets by sleeping with Nik will be nothing as well.

if Victor pursues Ava after the Esme/Nik afair, it could be to get the Cassadine fortune back, but he of course falls for Ava and wants to make sure Nava don’t reconcile.

cashun They ripped up the post nup after Ava told Nikolas the truth about Julian and they agreed that their marriage was “real.” They also talked about killing Ryan since he was in a coma at that point but either Britt or Laura interrupted them.

But was it the real post nup?? I put nothing past Nik or Ava. Love aside, both of them seem crafty enough to have a fake post nup while still having the real one stashed somewhere that only they (and their attorneys) know about.

I know Nik had fake divorce papers when he was trying to convince Ava that there was something between and she was being blackmailed by Cyrus about Julian. Nik said he would give Ava a divorce but she could never see him again. She accidentally stabbed him, they had sex, and Nik said the papers were fake, he needed to know how Ava felt about him.

Then there were the divorce papers that were ripped after Julian jumped from the parapet. Ava told Nik she was going to kill Julian before Sonny ands Jason did so he wouldn’t suffer. Ava said she had to kill Julian after what he he blew up the Floating Rib and hurt Lulu. Ava told Nik she loved him and he said he loved her.

With all this ripping up of divorced papers, it seems Ava and Nikolas are just cast likely to divorce as they are to have a vow renewal.

I don't think Esme has ever indicated she wants a "cushy life" by sleeping with Nik. Her objective is to break up Ava and Nik for her father.

Does the act of ripping up legal papers really negate them? Seems like you would have to do something official involving lawyers and courts to undo something like that.

That post nup was torn up by Nikolas and Ava when they declared their love for each other. Anyway I don’t want the to break up.
