Finn and Anna's conversation Thursday, 2/17

That convo had a finality to it .....
and she is flying over to Switzerland to confront Peter....

Their conversation did sound as if it had a finality to it. I don’t think GH is stupid enough to kill a legendary character like Anna Devane. I think the conversation was more about the finality of their past romantic relationship with each and the transition of returning as friends. Anna knows Finn has moved on with Elizabeth. Anna has been busy trying to track down Peter, then Louise for months, and now Peter and Maxie. Anna is now ready to move on from Finn but hasn’t had time really to process her romantic feelings toward Valentin now.

Me too! I never cared for them as a couple, but that scene was lovely. It's nice to see 2 ex's be so kind to each other.

I really liked the scenes.

But it went on and on for a long time. It made me wonder why they were spending that large amount of time on this. But I can watch ME all day, every day so I was good with it.

I loved their 'closure' goodbye scene ~ it was sad, but sweet.
And, like you, I adore ME...there's just something about those eyes. ♥

Yes, Val is mysteriously not present right now (since we know he has another gig). She said she's alone, but not lonely.

It's fine that he's not on screen. She was just acting like he doesn't exist and isn't part of her life.

Anna didn’t say she was lonely. She said she was alone but NOT lonely.

I don’t know things seem slightly on hold with Elizabeth too . I understand they are actually being realistic on giving it time and acknowledge her life with Franco but something is going on with Liz. The thing is Finn is giving her space which is admirable but I get the impression he’s not going to see what is actually happening with her and I don’t know if they are fully decided about Liz and Finn or Anna and Valentin.

Anna and Finn were so comfortable with each other. I saw a chemistry that I didn't really see when they were together. I agree that I think they are over each other and have now settled into a really lovely friend zone, where they still care about each other and wish the best for each other. It was a nice ending to their love story.

Anna was kind of condescending to Felicia, telling her she did not want her going to Switzerland because she did want to have to worry about taking care of her and finding Peter at the same time. I predict Felicia ends up saving Anna's butt!
