    No offense but LH did such à great job when she temped last year i would be open to à permanent recast

      all I saw in the article was that kelly was taking a break this was in January when the filming was done....doesn't seem to be anything wrong

        I actually enjoyed the character of Sam when Linsday filled in before. I hope nothing was wrong with Kelly but if it was temporary she must be ok now.

          My favorite temporary recasts on GH are Molly Burnett as Maxie a few years ago and Susan Diol as Alexis in 2002.

          I don't know how far ahead they film but, Kelly's ex-boyfriend, but still close friend, passed away in November. Maybe she took a little time because of that.

            Very possible, they film 6-8wks ahead and took a 2-3 maybe 4wk break at Christmas because of the delay in filming?

            I thought that she was a fabulous temp, although Kelly will always be Sam to me. I hope that she is okay and appreciate your mentioning that she's already back at work.

            This show has picked some fabulous temps throughout the year, who are quite seamless. They just learn their lines, get their motivation right, and jump right into the stories so that we can believe them.

              I might be one of the few but I didn't love her as Sam.. he chemistry with pretty much everyone was just off.

                I think she was great as Sam , I'd be OK with a permanent recast should it ever happen.
