What? Willow was born in the commune?

I'm not sure if this is Harmony making stuff up or a rewrite, but didn't Willow say she lived a normal life with her mom & dad for part of her childhood? I thought Harmony wanted to do into DoD, Dad didn't, and that's where they parted. I thought Shiloh was only about 15 years older than Willow so it wouldn't make sense since DoD wouldn't have existed.

I'm assuming Harmony is making that part up but seems that would be an easy lie to get caught in.

This might be a rewrite. I think I remember Willow saying that her mother was always searching so they moved a lot. Harmony must have been in a different cult before she got into DOD. I think Shilo killed Willows dad.

He did on the night that Willow was initiated. She was drinking the drugged up tea while Shiloh was killing her father and then he returned and raped her.

I watched the Willow/Kristina intervention recently, and this was not a rewrite - it's exactly how Willow described her upbringing then. She said that her mom was always seeking some purpose and meaning, so they moved around a lot to different ashrams and communes.

Thanks. I remember her saying her mom was always searching for purpose, but I thought DoD was the only commune they ever belonged to.

You're welcome! I wouldn't have remembered it if I hadn't just watched those scenes a couple weeks ago!

I think Harmony's story to Alexis was true, but it wasn't the whole truth. She could have had someone in one of those communes fake a birth certificate for sure, but I think it's because she received a stolen baby, not because she gave birth off the grid.

Don't care about any of this...except, what becomes of commune kids, with no 'papers' to do the next thing, should they not be Commune Kids, any longer...?

This plot bothered me for some reason and I want Willow to be Nina’s. But come on…this give and take and not setting nothing in stone. Bonkers

I get it. Writers need to stretch a storyline for as much as possible, but this storyline has been stretched for such a long time.

          enough already

I think she is lying, but I want to know already.

I want Wiley and Nina to have a DNA to cement that they are related.

I want them to confirm that Nelle is alive even if all I see is the back of another actress until CL come back.

Yes, we can agree or disagree on Nelle, Willow or who could be Nina’s daughter(s), but we can all agree that this 1 step forward 20 steps back has been used and abused across the board on GH.

I wish they would just give up on trying to surprise us. It seems like they choose more and more ridiculous ideas just because we've guessed ahead of time where they are going with a story. Stick with the best story and it won't matter that you haven't fooled the savvy on-line speculators.

Way too many things, TVDfan ! I actually think that's the downfall in soaps nowadays. The writing has not grown w/the audience or the times. It's a shame.

I hear you dancingqueen12 !! We are on the same page!! Haha! The reveal as Willow being Nina's daughter would have worked best when MS was in the role. I don't care how tense things get btw Nina and Willow now; it will never reach the levels of tension when MS was Nina. She was much colder, harsher, and mean than CW's Nina has ever been w/Willow.

Whatever they decide - I do want them to stick to it and be done w/it!

I definitely need to see more clues pointing in the direction of Willow being Nina's daughter. Perhaps that's what they want us to believe while taking this in another direction entirely.

I'm starting to wonder if Harmony is indeed Willow's mother & this whole birth certificate issue has something to do with DOD. I hope not because I found that whole storyline a total snoozefest.

I want Nina to be put in a position to save Wiley's life & then we get DNA confirmation about their connection & it's over & done with.

I'm all for getting confirmation Nelle is alive too.

Yeah saying I want more clues is giving them too much credit because in reality we have not had a single one.

Do I want Willow and Nelle to be twins…YES. Has there been any indication of that… No

There is also no indication that Nelle is alive because if she was she would either be tormenting Carly or attempted to kidnapped Wiley.

I can believe what Harmony said today as it fits with the back story information as stated above.

The question I have is - who is Willow's father? Was he the man mentioned in her back story, or someone who stepped up into the role of father during all the wandering?
Who does Willow think is her bio-father?
Does Harmony even know who Willow's fahter really is? Is that whay she is ashamed of, or is it something more nefarious as implied on the posts on the board?

I am afraid she told half truths which would be a shame because I am willing to let Harmony be redeemed otherwise.

Commune does not equal cult. It's an alternative lifestyle and there were many experiments of that nature in the 60s and 70s. Not all of them became cults, some were quite benign. I remember Willow talking about how her parents tried many of them before being ensnared by Shiloh. This is not so much a rewrite as it is an embellishment of the history we were told about Willow. It's still possible that Harmony is trying out a believable lie with Alexis and that in fact Willow is not hers at all.

On one hand I feel she is lying to not lose Willow.
In another, I feel she might be telling the truth because of who she went to Alexis if she is lying and the truth comes out she will be loosing Willow and Alexis in a single sweep.

I do think she might be telling a certain % of the truth and leaving out a few things. If the lady gave birth in the commune, Nina was in a coma during her pregnancy and gave birth while still in a coma, so I doubt Willow could be Nina's daughter, unless there's more to the story like a baby switch down the line.

Like kat401 said, commune does not mean cult.

The commune Harmony is talking about where she gave birth to Willow (what was her real name again? Elaine? Jane?), is the not Dawn of Day cult. Two completely separate things. Although of course Harmony is probably lying at any given time.

Willow has told us many times that she was coerced into joining DoD when she was 18, and got pregnant and left 5 years later.

The rest of Willow's childhood has not been talked about before, other than that father of hers dying.
