So Did Spinelli Actively Kill Someone?

Is this the first time he helped carry out a hit in person?

To be fair if it was a hit it was one that the Novak and that other guy ended up carrying out on themselves thanks in part to Cyrus. Also another weird thing. Cyrus needs to stop having bombs be his go to for getting rid of people. We saw how well it worked out the first time and it worked out even worse for him this time.

JaySherman I had the same thought about the driver of Jason and Carly's limo if it went off. And I never said I thought anyone deserved it, but this show is embracing the mob apparently. The irony is that thanks to Sonny being back it was all ultimately useless.

I am trying to figure out how Spinelli became a bomb expert. Moving a bomb is a sure way to detonate it but he was able to do it quickly. And, he is never subtle but he is acting as if he didn’t do anything.

Not really, he started out as a hacker, then moved on to threats and blackmail, and now murder. Remember, he idolizes two murderers, so it isn't surprising at all. He isn't a good guy either and hasn't been for a long time.

But old Spinelli would have just removed or disabled the bomb not killed them in return.

That is what I am thinking. Old Spinelli would have cared about the limo driver who had nothing to do with this.

I didn't really understand that either...But what I got from it was Spinelli didn't move the bomb, Jason told Carly that he had Spinelli "redirect" the bomb so that Novak and Buscema blew up their own car when the car that Carly & Jason were in was started. Did I get that right?

That does seem a little too sci-fiey but then this is a show that has USB memory flash drives. Even if he redirected it he was still responsible, that is if they're dead. Do we even know for sure that it was their limo that blew up or if they were still in it when it happened? Also, did anyone call in the explosion?

I actually thought it was interesting....We don't know for a fact that Novak and Buscema are dead...at this point we are just assuming (and so are Brando, Spinelli, & Diane). It would be funny if no one was actually blown up.

Jason didn't say Spinelli did it. He said Spinelli and Brick did it.

What "it" was isn't clear, but they definitely played a role in causing the bomb to blow up Novak and Buscema instead of Carly and Jason.

The mobsters presumably had their own driver because they wouldn't trust a random for-hire driver.

But Spinelli definitely played a role in that driver's murder.

Ok, you can’t redirect a bomb without moving it. If the mechanism was on Jason and Carlys car you can’t simply redirect it without having something to redirect it to.

So something had to be either moved or added to another limo.

My thought was that Spin used his magic tech powers to "FIND" the bomb--- BRICK and his men are the ones who probably did the dirty work.... and I assumed, too, that the limo driver was one of the MOB"S men-- not a random limo for rent driver.

This justification for killing someone doesn't work for some of us, but I believe Spin earned his murderer bona fides a while back, I just can't remember with who.
