Hello all! Happy Friday - apologies for not posting last month's counts, my laptop took way longer to fix than anticipated. Below are the counts for October and year-to-date - as a reminder, these are for number of episode appearances and NOT length of screentime.
This month saw the return of Jackie Templeton, last seen in early 1984 (played by Demi Moore) and now played by Emmy winner Kim Delaney. We also saw the presumably last appearance of Max Gail after Mike's funeral, and the on-screen returns of Alex and Ryan and a vocal cameo from Constance Towers! Also of note - Wally Kurth has clocked his highest yearly count since he was taken off contract in 2004 (and with three more episodes, will surpass his 2018 + 2019 totals).
