Finally Dante is Getting Out of that Room!

I’m so glad Dante is actually getting out of that room! Any ideas what his mission is or who his doctor is reporting to? I’m more interested in this than any other storyline! Can’t wait to see what happens next!

I agree! I am hoping that Brando is NOT the mission, but seeing him in the next scene after Dante opened the file could be a sign. Also, can't wait to see who the doctor was talking to...who would want Dante out that would not care that he was not ready to be out? Seems like something Helena would do, except she is not alive and would not care about Dante...

Dante being in his room was so much like when Carly was trapped in Ferncliff after Ryan took over from Kevin. Locked in, bare walls. Prisoner, but not prisoner, they say about Dante.

I thought the mission would be Cyrus, but now I think it is Brando and I think Dante is going to feel "replaced" by him. Especially since Brando got a goodbye with Mike that Dante didn't.

His mission is Peter. And he is being sent by Frisco because he wants Maxie protected. Dante is connected to Maxie through being Lulu's best friend and Nathan's widow. Dante promised he would always watch out for Maxie. Plus Lulu works for Peter.

At least this is what I think it going on.

That would make sense. Which is the reason the writers most likely won't be going for it.

I thought it might be Dev. Didn't he say something about it being almost a family member ?

I think the Doc said someone close to him, Dante assumed it might be family.

Dante is as dumb as a box of rocks. Every criminal he has EVER chased while on the PCPD has "gotten away." It's ridiculous to think the WSB would use the most inept detective ever to do any kind of mission for them. Dumbte couldn't catch a taxi!!!

I am wondering if this doctor is even on the up and up. I get he is in a WSB facility, but that doesn't mean the doctor is playing on the right side. If Brando is the target then I am thinking this has something to do with Peter. I say that because we know that Brando was in the military and overseas. What if Brando was a witness to the whole Drew/Shiloh mess and is now another liability? Shiloh and Drew were both off scene before Brando came. Shiloh went by another name so Brando may not recognize "Shiloh". The whole situation with Drew/Shiloh/Jason thing has not been the topic of discussion with Brando either as far as I can remember. Peter seems to have contacts in every organization at this point.

This WSB doctor may have been continuing to brainwash Dante versus helping him and then telling his superiors that Dante is not getting better without knowing that was the doctors plan the whole time. Whatever the end result is I have a feeling it is going to encompass several storylines with a few surprises we didn't see coming.

I'm confused by Dante's story. So he was in this room for a couple of years, refusing therapy, too dangerous to let out. Then all of a sudden he decides he wants the therapy, and a couple of days or weeks (?) later, he is well enough to be used on a mission, which he agrees to, but yet he feels he is too violent to see his mother. Then he is told he can't do the mission, which is portrayed as the only way he can go home?? Whey can't he just go home anyway? Why is he all of a sudden OK to use on a mission? Dante realizes that he is still violent, so he is now OK with putting his family in danger?? Can any one explain this convoluted story?
