When was it ever determined that Shiloh got Oscar’s shares instead of the charity with Jason as executor? Did that whole thing just get dropped?

I thought it was still in court. First it was Q’s vs Shiloh then Nelle and now Valentin. Those shares were never either parties but it was a claim they had to it. Now all of a sudden Valentin has them outright. They skipped stuff for sure. When it really takes off all 2 minutes to say the claim Shiloh/Nelle/Valentin had on oscars shares was won by them.

It was a ridiculous case of plot-point writing. There is no court in the world that would have allowed Nelle to sell shares that weren't even determined were hers to begin with. Shiloh's ownership was being challenged, which means it was all on hold.

Another dropped story line. I cannot imagine any governing body of any stock exchange allowing the sale of stock - public or private - when it is not clear who owns the stock and it is in court to be setermined.

The writers led us to believe it was resolved back in January. In the 1/29 episode, after Valentin was bailed out of jail, Martin told Valentin he had an important probate hearing to get to regarding Shiloh's shares and that Nelle was anxious to cement her claims to the shares. If it hadn't worked out surely Martin would have told him.
