For a lot of Wiley's life Lucas cut Julian out. (I didn't like that but it was)

Yes, that bothered me too. I think Julian maybe watched Wiley once. It was Michael and later Willow who helped with Wiley.

Why is she even allowed to marry a convicted felon? Sam can not even be around her partner who she has a child with due to her parole so why is it ok for Nelle? Nelle's parole seems to be do whatever you want parole.

I was surprised Diane didn't ask willow about the morning when wiley's mother blackmailed her way into staying with him. She had Brad dismiss willow, who was acting as nanny. Isn't that suspicious, and proof that she knew wiley was her child back then?

I think this really was written to be Nelle's mistake. SHe seemes so schokced that Dian brought up his evil past and kind of whine to Maritn to "do something" If I were him I would have given it to her right then (Or in private) SHe gave him no warning or time to put a spin on it

My biggest concern with this storyline is how Nina's testimony has any bearing on this outcome. Just because she has one character witness that might defend her, we the viewers or the judge should forget that Nelle is a bad person. I am so angry with TPTB that keep letting Nelle get away with murder..... Literally.

I don't really see Nina's testimony being the deciding factor, they are so many more character witnesses for Michael.

Here's the thing that bugs me about everyone's perception of Julian. Everyone just assumed that Nelle had something on Julian (which she does) to get him to marry her. No one even considered the possibility that Julian married Nelle to help Michael get custody. I guess it is too much like right to assume that Julian got married to Nelle to beat her at her own game, much like Michael tried to when he got closer to Nelle and fake married her.

McShirls, unless he was to play the long con, much like Sam tried to with Shiloh. Of course, this all goes up in smoke because sadly, Julian is more concerned with covering his own butt by doing all of this to protect his secrets from getting out.
