Maybe he's Casey the Alien coming back to do some housecleaning. He can zap Nelle, Nina, Franco, Sam, Dr.O, Jordan, Brooklyn back to his ship.

In return he can zap down Ric, OG Lucky, OG Nic, Dante, Ethan, Coleman, Matt Hunter, and Steven Lars.

I keep suspecting that Brando is going to somehow be connected to Cyrus, and not just because of the shootout with Renault's hit-men at Sonny's coffee warehouse when Brando rescued Carly (and Gladys fled town immediately afterwards! She was such a great understated villainess in the making!)...I was guessing that Brando is either one of Cyrus's "crew" planted right smack dab into Sonny's life, or possibly another secret agent with the DEA, WSB, FBI, etc. OR that he might be Cyrus's long-lost son! I'm hoping for the G-Man status (which means he might be infiltrating Sonny's crimes as well!).
