He definitely could get into some form of legal trouble considering three people died and one person was attacked because of his negligence concerning all of this. Realistically he could lose his license to practice. I do think he should face some form of backlash from the families of those that died because of that negligence.

I've said this a million times, and I still believe it... how can he ever be trusted again?
people he knows and loves have all been put in danger ~ people have been viciously murdered.

Oh yeah she may have thought that Kevin only found out his brother was alive when attacked by a new patient at Ferncliff We had school for the first time in over a month on a Wednesday (Lots of snow and ice) so I didn't watch but I was thinking she would be furious he kept his brother a secret

He should lose his medical license for sure. There's got to be some legal culpability as well. No one knew Ryan was alive so he was able to commit the crimes and insert himself into the investigation.

I agree. If he had at least told one person he could trust... a fellow colleague or anyone just in case something like this were to happen then at least I'd be more forgiving. I don't know if the medical community would though. The bottom line, even if the people around Kevin didn't know about Ryan with the way he is at the least more than one doctor (and competent staff) should have known about Ryan.

We dont Know the whole story yet. We don’t know how Ryan survived, how or when he got to Ferncliffe, why Kevin kept quiet about it or who else might be involved. There are indications mad scientists, The Cassidnes and the WSB were involved. Regardless, I have no interest in seeing revenge against Kevin.

I would be furious with Kevin. He's the reason for all of this. He harbored a serial killer and he should face consequences for that. 3 people are dead because he didn't turn his brother in to the proper authorities. I hope they don't let him off easy for this. I don't care that he is a victim too. He had no right and he can't bring those people back. Ava should want his head.

Now that Dr Cabot has been introduced and both Ryan and Kevin went blind, I have a feeling that it will turn out that the WSB somehow sanctioned this, although I would think Frisco would give his ex-wife a heads up that Ryan was alive.

I think Kevin's friends will understand, or think that he's suffered enough having been Ryan's prisoner for six months.

I doubt Ava's going to be as understanding. And maybe Franco and Griffin as well.

I feel the same way. We don't know the context of when and how Kevin learned that Ryan was still alive. If he found out himself after believing Ryan was dead, he may not have seen the point in telling people that Ryan was alive after all. Kevin is/was so close with Mac and Felicia, and he may not have wanted to upset Felicia. Since Ryan was locked up, there was no real reason for her to know. He could have confided in someone, though, like Laura, or Monica (being chief of staff).

We know that's not why he didn't tell them. Kevin said himself he believed his brother could be rehabilitated. He was doing that research on Ryan, even taking Faison's brain for more research. Kevin must take some of the blame here. They can't just ignore his part in this.
