He has an adopted daughter with Lucy named Christina Collins but she's in Paris I think. -
He had a biological child Livvy Locke and adopted step daughter Christina Baldwin on Port Charles. But on GH, he does not have children. Lucy speaks only of Serena, so it is possible that Christina was one of Lucy’s delusions like Livvy.Comment

Christina Baldwin has not been mentioned in GH proper since Kevin came back. If she was existing in this timeline, you would think they would’ve mentioned her at least once, or explained why she didn’t come to the wedding, or Lee Baldwin‘s memorial service.Comment

That was Serena. Played by the same actress who played her as a child on PC and GH. Would love for her to bring the character back, maybe Michael can finally have a girlfriend who has ties to the canvas/history and isn’t crazy.Last edited by sasha_96; October 8, 2018, 11:09 PM. -

Kevin mentioned there being children when he first came back to town. It was why he couldn’t be with Lucy anymore because of the delusions. However, I think he meant Lucy and Scott’s children, Serena and Christina. He’s never mentioned children of his own.Comment

I just looked up Livvy Locke online and it looks like she died many years ago. So as of right now Serena and Christina are his only living children.Comment

Serena is not Kevin‘s child. She Scott’s daughter with Dominique. Lucy was her surrogate, and has subsequently become her adopted mother. Christina Baldwin is Lucy and Scott adopted daughter, but she does not appear to exist in the GH timeline. Lucy only ever speaks of Serena.
In the GH narrative, Livvy Locke was not Kevin‘s child. She was Stephen Clay’s wife whose death caused him to go crazy.
RC was trying to bring back characters and do a wink and a nod to the PC timeline, but did not adopt it as having occurred.

Sadly GH recanted most of the history of Port Charles. Lucy thought John McBain was Caleb, and Sam was Livvy, mentioned her as Kevin's daughter and Kevin basically sad "you made that up in your head". Too bad they didn't make Kevin Collins end up being Sam's Father...instead of Julian Jerome...since she played Livvie Locke on Port Charles & Kevin was her Father...it would have been a nice nod to the history of that show...even though they want us to forget it...lol.Comment

Kevin's only natural child was Livvie Locke, with his ex, Grace Reese. Grace died (drowned i believe). I don't remember details on when that happened or why Livvie's last name was Locke ( maybe adopted before reunion with Kevin ? ). Livvie died in 2003. She was only a character on Port Charles, never on Gh. He was stepfather to Christina Baldwin, adopted daughter of Lucy and Scott.Comment

Livvy is identified on GH as Stephen Clay’s wife who died, which caused him to go insane and become a serial killer who thought he was a vampire. But in that narrative, she was not Kevin‘s daughter.Comment

I don't think Livvie Locke or Caleb Morley either one " died" on the show named " Port Charles". They were immortals. He was from the beginning, in fact, that was the premise of the show- people disappearing or being " killed" by vampires, a la Caleb.
He turned her immortal through his black magic.
When he was in a semi- normal rock group, he used the name Steven Clay, but all through the show " Port Charles", he was Caleb Morley. This was halfway explained away by one of the other characters Michael Easton came to play on " GH" but it didn't fit the history of the show " PC".
If you watched the show ( as many times as I did on " Soapnet") then you'd see that Caleb never could die. They had guys after him with the silver bullets and cross shaped stake through his heart, but he beat them every time because of his RING he wore. It had the power of immortality.
Livvie Locke was his " familiar", that is, she was wed to him in an occult ceremony. It was one of the highlights of the show. All that white chiffon hanging from some unseen ceiling?
The trouble was, they wrote Livvie as wanting Rafe, and Caleb as wanting Allison..At the very end of the show, Livvie got Caleb's ring and more or less used it the wrong way so that Allison ended up pregnant with Caleb's child and Livvie didn't.
There were hints that the two were about to descend into the fiery depths of hell forever, but I believe the show ended with Livvie's tortured thoughts that she'd been the one who broke up her ' dark marriage" to the king of the underworld by stealing his ring and misusing the powers HE was supposed to have.
I didn't ever see them die, IOW. Kevin Collins ( Jon Lindstrom) was super on that show, too.
