CLOUDFARE Security Message

Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.

This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.

Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.

The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

    Valerie becoming a detective...

    and taking Dante's desk...it seems apparent he is not going back to PC. I wonder if she and Chase will become Chalerie?

    I'm actually happy for Valerie. It just seemed a bit bizarre that she take Dante's desk only because of the affair that happened between the two of them a while back. I just hope the show isn't trying to have Valerie and Lulu getting entangled with the same man again with Chase. I just want them to be cousins that get along!!!!

    Let the fight begin...I was surprised Lulu giving Valerie a hug. I thought she would still be angry about the affair Valerie had with Dante.

      I'm guessing that Lulu getting Johnny, a violent felon, to help her get revenge on Valerie and almost killing Valerie in the process makes them way more than even stevens. Valerie didn't even report Lulu's involvement. They peaced it up and half way hugged it out years ago.

    I would much rather see Valerie and Chase together than Valerie with Kristina or Chase with Lulu.

      I’m hoping for Valerie and Chase. Today, it looked like he was enamored with her. I don’t see why Lulu would have a problem with Valerie being at the desk. Dante left on his own. I think that Dante should have had more of a problem with Chase replacing Nathan at the desk.

        I think it had more to do with Valerie's history with Dante (i.e. the affair). Yeah, I know these two buried the hatchet a while back but given Lulu's reaction today, all may be forgiven but it hasn't been forgotten.

        I don't think it was about the affair, but about Dante being pushed to the side. Yeah, Dante left on his own but I can tell you as a military spouse that doesn't mean he is missed any less.

      I'd like to see Valerie with Chase as well. The whole explanation of Dante's absence is too contrived for me. I don't feel like the department should be holding space for him.

      I hated the way Jordan teased Val by making it seem like she was in trouble before giving her the good news. It was overdone. And I still remember Jordan warning Valerie off Curtis.

      I like Valerie and am looking forward to seeing more of her.

          Valerie and Lulu cleared the air a long time ago. In fact, Lulu invited Valerie to Rocco's birthday party in one of Valerie's brief appearances. The party didn't take place on screen but the invitation did.

            I have another take on Lulu's reaction to Valerie being at Dante's desk. That desk had been Dante's for a very long time and I think today may have been a difficult reminder for Lulu that her husband had been gone for a long time and is likely to continue to be away indefinitely. I think it was sad for her to be reminded of that and to see things change and move forward without his presence.

              This is exactly what they were trying to portray. Lulu was sad and crying in the previews.

              That is exactly what was going on. She even said, she knows it's silly but she expected everything to stop because he was gone. Chase gets a new partner and Valerie gets Dante's desk. Life is moving on without Dante. Lulu is starting to have a hard time with him being gone.

            I think Lulu has done a really good job of holding herself together with her husband gone...but now Chase isn't Dante's partner so she lost that link too. As a mil spouse I get it completely, some days really are harder then others and seeing your hubs pushed to the side is hard.

              Life has to move on. However, it's still really hard to see the place of someone you being replaced. Those scenes were nicely played - subtle but emotional. IMO.

                That is how I felt too. Even though life has go on sometimes it stings. I would have been hurt too.

              The idea of whatever Dante is doing is totally idiotic.Replace him or kill him off. What else can Lulu do but just bide her time.

              I think Dante will be back as recast. I am glad another Spencer is back on the canvas. She and Chase could be interesting but I kinda think they will explore Val and Kristina.

                It would be HIGHLY inappropriate to become involved with your brand new partner when you've just become a detective. I know it happens all the time on soaps and it may happen with these two down the road, but please let Val become a bad-ass detective for a while and not just jump in the sack with her partner. I don't want them together that way.
