Frank Parker played Paddy kelly....the original owner of kelly's and he was joe kellys dad...he was also grampa brady on DOOL he had Parkinsons and dementia

May he rest in peace. I had no idea that he was ever on GH as well. I knew him as Grandpa Shawn on Days of Our Lives.
