We know CB is leaving the show and we think the exit is prison. But I really don't like the ideal of Gabi being back in jail. After what was done to her before it seems a cruel thing to do to the character. But what if Li is alive and Gabi before going to jail disappears. Everyone will think the Stefan has her hid out somewhere. But what if the reality is Li has grabbed her and he is holding her somewhere. And some day she will make her escape. Either with CB returning to the role or a recast.

I think Gabi will take a plea deal of some sort because the evidence against her is strong. The deal will be for 5-15 years instead of risking life in prison.
Gabi is cruel and gives as good as she gets... and if she doesn't want to risk going to jail she should stop being dirty and crooked. She only thinks about what Arianna will be put through after she's caught and never before. She only thinks of being beaten in jail after and never before. -
I'm betting that since EJ is the DA & that the evidence against her is so compelling, that she will make bail and become a fugitive. They can bring her back as a recast once her innocence is proven. I would prefer this to happen instead of sending her to prison again. Plus, Gabi made it clear to Stefan that she can't and won't go back to prison.Comment

Flowercity79 Good question. As much as I adore CB as Gabi, I will happily take a recast so that we Gabi/Stabi fans can still have her on the canvas.

I'm hoping Gabi goes on the run and returns as a recast after her name is cleared. I don't want Gabi to go to prison for something she didn't do. I hope we don't have to wait very long.Comment

I assume she will go move in with her brother Dario who is on the run. Or her father Eduardo who is on the run too I think. Or her mother in law Vivian who is on the run.Comment

If she goes on the run instead of staying to fight she won’t be able to see her daughter but she doesn’t see her anyway so no big deal.Comment

All I know is that Gabi better hope Diana is gone if she gets put back behind bars .
The best thing to happen is that Gabi leaves to spend time with Arianna in NZ.
Marlena said that she was not concerned about Gabi but was worried about Ari since she was coming back home. Poor Ari! Her mother is forever doing criminal things that could get her locked behind bars.

To be honest here...
not sure if I care for this story. I would rather have seen a story of Gabi thriving on GabiChic. Ciara & Claire working in one at that point when GabiChic was shown. Instead of Days building rooms (living room, bedroom, a room) for us to see, should have been a department room full of clothes and the ladies talking....

I'm guessing she will plead self defense and get a reduced sentence. She'll be sent off to the same prison as Lani.Comment

I agree! I would love for Gabi (when she comes back) to run Gabi Chic and quit all the scheming. I would love if it turns out that Li isn’t dead so that a Gabi recast can return from prison, Alamania, New Zealand or wherever. Li’s stocks revert to him and recast Gabi focuses on Ari, Gabi Chic and Stefan - in that order.Comment
