Kassie De Paiva returns as Eve for one single episode. Source: her interview in SOD. She encounters Harris Michaels at Bayview where they are both now patients. He apologizes to her for what he did to her in high school. KDP says she watched some 1980s scenes of Harris and Eve (Charlotte Ross' Eve) to understand what happened back then, so she could play the current scene. The comings and goings page says this airs on August 3rd,

Harris bullied Eve in High School and I think this is his chance to.apologize and start becoming a better man. I love that they are going the redemption route for Harris.

I'm not watching now, but I will make a mental note on my cell phone calendar about this, because that is one episode that I'd like to see. I am also thrilled to hear that Eve is at Bayview, which is the best place for her.

I don't think Charlotte was available. I personally have loved KDP as adult Eve.

I guess the point of this interaction plays into Harris' journey to redemption. Sort of like AA when you have to go through the 12 steps and one of them is apologizing to all the people you have wronged/hurt. And this apology I'm assuming will help Eve to heal from all her hurt and give her some type of closure too for what happened with them back in the day.

Do we know for sure he will even see Ava? I only heard about this scene with Eve. Honestly him having any interaction with Ava makes no sense.

Maybe I misunderstood. I thought I read on this forum that he would have scenes with Eve and Ava! A story in a psych hospital could be interesting!

I'm excited. I love KDP in anything. I been iffy with days lately but i will definitely tune in to see my girl!! Its always great to see her on screen

l love Kassie! Blaire Cramer was one of my all-time very favorite soap characters.
To me, she never seemed right as Eve. l wish she had been cast as a different character on Days.

Have not watched with the other, original actress...only watch it with the KDP version. Wished it was a permanent stay for the actress, but I guess not. Days needs to delve into certain actors/characters in the past, and bring them back instead of creating new characters....then again we do need one or two new characters. All shrugs here.

tiff5555, as long as RC is writing Days, Eve doesn't need to return full-time. There has been enough damage done to this once fabulous albeit complicated character.

I LOVE Kassie! She was so great as Blair on OLTL and GH. I loved her as adult Eve as well and she was basically the only character that spoke from the audience perspective regarding the Neck Tie Killer Ben. I wish she was back full time now that Ben is out of Salem and we could get an awesome story with her superb acting skills.
