I'm sure Will will figure out soon, if he hasn't already, that Sonny got played and set up by Leo a second time, and didn't have an affair. If he thinks this is real he's pretty dumb.

And as for the photos in the Spectator -- embarrassing, but something similar was done to Chad and Chad didn't experience any fallout from it.

I agree that Leo's revenge was kind of weak. The fallout will last a very short time. Will can't believe that Sonny and Leo slept together so there really isn't any lasting damage. Leo is a stupid and ridiculous character and I can't wait for him to be gone. Hopefully in a body bag.

Are you serious? He will most likely lose his job (which probably pays a lot) as the shareholders would want nothing to do with that. Also imagine how embarrassing that would be and how violated you would feel. His daughter is getting older and will probably see those pictures, and so will her school friends who could make fun of her... That is a horrible thing to do to someone.

Also does anyone really think that was his revenge? I seriously doubt that was it. He's just having some fun, and getting warmed up.

Although we only got a brief glimpse of the pictures on the website, it seemed to me Sonny’s eyes were closed in all of them; plus he made an appointment for blood work with Kayla, so it should be easy enough for Sonny to prove he was drugged. But Leo did take the cookies with him and threw them away, so it might be hard to prove Leo was the one who actually drugged him. Sonny can prove he was drugged, but not WHO drugged him.

Which makes me agree with the OP that Leo’s revenged was pretty weak. Will can hardly be mad at Sonny for being drugged by Leo, and they didn’t have sex (consensual or not), so it’s hard to see this having any long term ramifications on Will and Sonny’s relationship. On the other hand, I never thought there would be long term ramifications for Shawn and Belle because it was so obviously not Shawn’s fault he slept with Jan thanks to the devil, and I was wrong about that so…

That's the real revenge. He destroyed him enough to lose his CEO job once. Now he's doing it again but rather than going the "taking advantage of a position of power" dynamic, he's just going the "exhibitionist pictures posted forever on the internet" route. Those can be severely damaging to a reputation in the working world.

Will knows Sonny would never have sex with Leo after what's happened in the past. Not willingly, anyway.

The way Leo was talking the next morning, it was clear nothing happened between them. What I don’t really understand is how those pictures would hurt Sonny’s reputation or affect his job at Titan. Why would someone having pictures of Sonny having sex get him fired? Sonny can say he was drugged and the blood tests would prove that, but even if he couldn’t prove he had been drugged, since when is having sex with someone a reason to be fired? Especially when Leo has nothing to do with Titan? I could see if maybe Sonny was a politician running a platform on morality, for example, but he runs a company.

In our world, or at least our country, you don't have to be a politician to have your career ruined by a sex scandal or even just the appearance of one. Taboos are strong when it comes to nudity and anything sexual. Taking pictures of yourself during a sexual encounter (or what appears to be one) and allowing them to be shared can get you in trouble in a lot of job fields. Even sharing a few pictures of just yourself can be damaging. It shouldn't, and I'll say right now that I think it's wrong, but nobody in charge cares what I think.

The sharing of nudity and sex, and I'm not even talking about actual porn here, is equated with perversion and bad judgment. Among other things. Politicians are of course easy targets, as are educators. But any job where public image and trust are major parts of the job, it's going to be an issue. Especially with the added layers brought on by being CEO of a multinational corporation. It's just one of those things that really shouldn't be a problem, but in this country it is.
