Probably NOT the numbers everybody was hoping for but they are, what they are. Yes, Peter Reckell's comeback only brought in 11,000 new viewers.

Well The positive news is that we have 1.7 viewership That is FAR BETTER than last year! Plus, no Spring Break is to blame either which is a good plus.

I think the viewership will rise in the summer

I think some viewers may have gotten discourage because they thought Peter Reckell was coming back full time and not in ghost form. There are other things in the show viewers are not liking…viewers have issues with Ben still being portrayed as this hero, the weakening of Xander, the actor that portrayed TR is well liked but the storyline sucked and was not written well; the painful pairing of Rafe and Nicole, for the most part we want Eric and Nicole, the chemistry is undeniable. Days still have some work to do.

I don't think many old time viewers knew that Peter was coming back as Angel or Ghost Bo. If they knew, the ratings would have been much higher. Only the loyal viewers like us knew

I agree completely with your post. All the things you mentioned as well as others is the reason I only watch after finding out who is suppose to be on the show daily.

Does this – "04 Days of Our Lives" – mean that Days is still solidly in fourth place? Of the four soaps?

I will take any plus and especially a plus compared to last year. Not sure it was widely known PR would be on the regular show! Some think only Salem Beyond.

Well, I watch the show all the time on Peacock. How does this play into the ratings? They promote Peacock but is that hurting the overall ratings. Days is the only show I watch all the time. I guess they do know that Peacock is growing quickly and they probably know which shows are being watched. So the network ratings are not going to match other shows. Wonder how the networks will play in future?

I think Days or Sony knows the ratings. Sony will say it is the lowest...Days will look in another way that it is doing good because it is the highest among only NBC shows.
