Lani wants to come clean. All of her loved ones keep getting in her face to keep the lie going. This is Paulina’s lie, not Lani’s. Paulina needs to come clean.

Yes, it's a terrible idea! I am shocked to hear Eli say that they should go along with letting Paulina take the fall for TR's shooting! If they do that and when the truth come out, which it will, things will be much worse for Lani and Eli since they are both cops to boot!

I thought the whole story would be continuing to lie to Abe and Eli, not that Eli would want to go along with it.

Eli saying that broke my spirit. This storyline is making Elani look like terrible people and even worse cops. I had high hopes for how TR would be dealt with, but this nightmare of a story twist wasn't on my BINGO card.

Maybe the devil is still in Salem and he made Rafe switch bodies with Eli because this is more Rafe speed than Elis.

This is really heartbreaking because at this point where is the line between good character and bad character.

I heard what he said but I don't believe Eli would ever say that. It is unfortunate they wrote it that way.

Lol Eli is not a robot, he’s human. I don’t agree with letting Paulina take the wrap but I’m not shocked that his first reaction is to try and keep his wife out of prison no matter how ridiculous the solution is. Now if Abe agrees with this, then that would be crazy.

Personally, I think that Paulina is going to keep spouting her 'version' of the incident, which will muddy the waters for weeks/months to come. Remember, Paulina and Lani are the only eyewitnesses. What Abe 'may' have heard in his bashed-head state will be exactly that—hearsay.
