I couldn't help but giggle when Bo told Ben not to call him sir. That was so cute and it was very Bo.

I guess not since he said just the opposite. Maybe fans do not know Bo as much as they thought. Bo matured so much through the years.

It has nothing to do with "maturing". It's that Bo would never accept Ciara being married to Ben.

So Bo wouldn't care that Ben strangled his brother Roman's grandson Will? Or Bo's brother in law Shane's granddaughter Paige. Or his nephew' Erics ex-girlfriend Serena? Or Abby's midwife?

You think Bo the cop would give his seal of approval and just look the other about all of that? Okaaaay.

Of course he would have had major concerns at first but if Hope could come to accept Ben as she did then Bo could have as well. Bo wanted Ciara to be happy and I think he would have seen in time that Ben makes her happy. All the Ben hate is really over the top.

If Bo were alive, there would have been a time where Bo wouldn’t have approved, but he would have come to the realization that Ben has redeemed himself . Since this was a very short visit, the writers cut to the chase.

I thought it was cute too. I think Bo likes Ben because he knows his daughter loves him. I loved the scene with Bo, Ben, Ciara and little Bo.

Bo has a different perspective from the other side. Knows things others cannot know. He said Ben was a good man, and like it or not, that's cannon.

I loved the humour in that scene. That line about don’t call me sir,and Ben’s nervousness was spot on. So much of this short visit reminded me why I became a fan of Bo’s in the first place. The way he spoke, even using the phrase “I’m outta here” referring to Ciara using her nickname little one” I always loved the nicknames he gave people, especially his kids. Even using the word “man” when he was talking to Ben was all very Bo

Heavens to Betsy…so much Ben hate!!! I’m with you. Bo’s interaction with Ben was great. Considering all the hate he’s receiving, I’m glad Ben was affirmed by one so highly respected. Thank you, Bo.

I feel the same way. The Ben hate has become very silly at this point but everyone has their own opinions.
