The Judge won't be necessary. Sami leaves on Friday without the baby. Mother & daughter will find a compromise without legal assistance.

I think there will be a fight between Sami and Allie for custody and I hope that judge presides over it and puts Sami in her place again. I would also love to see Belle as Allie's lawyer.

The judge might have her secretary schedule a court date. There will need to be another hearing.

But I doubt the judge will do anything in the near future. The child needs stability and neither Nicole or Allie can give the baby stability right now.

The judge will just say the baby needs to stay with Sami until something changes. Like Allie getting a job.

Sami can't give him that either. Sami is living off stolen money. I bet the judge would act of that came to light. Sami acting like her stuff doesn't stink is the big issue I have with her. She can't judge anyone for anything. Her walking around as kept she's perfect makes it more fun when she gets knocked off her high horse.
