CLOUDFARE Security Message

Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.

This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.

Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.

The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

      Bringing Sydney back would have made more sense since she has a legit connection to Nicole but whatever.

      OK I think I see what's going to happen. They will bring on Allie, she will make a little trouble, be contrite and be immediately forgiven by the Horton dynasty and will merge into their self righteous superiority collective just in time for her mother to arrive. She will summarily judge her until she leaves and then Sydney will arrive to be the big bad to her. It will basically be Gabby/Abby 2.0 or even Carrie/Sammi 2.0.

        Allie has a lot more family in Salem than Sydney would have had. Allie's a Brady, Horton and Kate's granddaughter. This should be interesting.

          I'm just waiting until Johnny and Allie have to explain how they're related to someone new.

          Allie: He's just my half-brother.
          Johnny: She's my twin sister.
          Allie: He's my twin brother AND my half brother! It's confusing ok.
          Johnny: We really don't like to talk about it.

              A spoiler that gives me some hope for an interesting plot.

              I hope Allie will be Sami's karma. Hoping for lots of Lucas and Sami interactions as well.

              My final hope is that I don't end up feeling disappointed with this... as I do with most stories on this show.

                Wait, what!? Alie is coming home SORASed? I might have to tune in to DAYS again!. Now bring back Lucas and make him a lead character, and I will be ecstatic.

                  Her actual age should be about 13. If that's the case she wont be around long. Her storyline potential will be very limited.

                  She was born in '07 if I recall. So she would need to be SORASed by five years. Which would be extremely mild in comparison to other characters.

                Dayscafe is reporting that Lucas and Sami are imminent! Don't know what it means but sounds like "happening soon". Maybe Days are trying for LUMI again.

                  That means Lucas & Sami are destine to return to Salem for their daughter, Allie. Lucas returns in June & Sami in August.

                  If there is a EJ recast, hopefully Sami sticks around, but I don't know if people are going to watch. I do like the idea of Ron fullfilling the story, but a recast is a hit or a miss.

                  Tiff, I removed that information about EJ. It may be considered a spoiler. This source claims she has the inside scoop at Days. Her sister supposedly works at the studio. We'll see if the information is factual.

                It reminds me of when Sami was first introduced. It was a while later that her twin, Eric, was introduced. Maybe this is Sami 2.0.

                  I think due to feedbacks, Days decides to bring the character on and followed by her siblings. Maybe Days may have asked the original actor who played Johnny to come back. I know the twins played both parts but asked one of them back.

                    JackandJenfan it depends, but with certain situations like fans wanting Orpheus family, Abby as a reporter, maybe Rafe out of Salem, yeah, it may be due to feedbacks. Days did recently mentioned their guilt of letting Brandon go. Probably due to popularity of STABI.

                    tiff5555 Ok. But no one was really clamoring for Allie. But they wanted a Sami lite character and reason for a Sami return.......
