I for one am tired of the kidnapping storylines. I thought John was this good ISA agent who's suppose to be so smart. So if he's so darn smart how did he not see Orpheous planning something against him or Marlena? These writers are dumbing down every character on this show.

The repetitive writing is the usual for the current head writer. Two babies in a row kidnapped, now John. I am sure that pretty soon Ciara will be kidnapped again and Ben will rescue her again.

Can't the writers think of ANYTHING else to write for this pair than one of them being kidnapped? I don't care that this time it's John and not Marlena. It's still one of them having to rescue the other from being held hostage. It's so tedious, IMO, and I'm tired of it.

When i saw today's episode I thought to myself "oh gawd, Marlene getting kidnapped again, really?" But I guess it looks like they decided to switch it up this time around, a little I guess. Lol. Oh well, at least it isn't another marlena kidnapping. I've had enough of that sl to last a lifetime.
