Gabi probably is mad with Ben for kidnapping her and taking her to Stefan where she was tied to a chair with a hot poker pointed to her face. Gabi never knew Paige was her sister until after she died. -

I never understood why they had them related if nothing was going to come of it granted maybe something was and it was dropped. Course Paige shouldn't have been a Donovan either as I don't buy Shane wouldn't give Paige money to go to Stanford or let Theresa become a sex slave to a druglord but that's another story.

JackandJenfan which makes this really absurd given how he wouldn't have let such a thing happen in the first place. He would've faked her death or something.
@Janaee as a running joke but nothing ever comes of it. Will isn't allowed to hate him forever same with Eve and others. Treating this as inconsequential takes the drama out of the storyline. -
CanaryFan98 You have to add the lips emoji to get Janaee to be tagged. It's unbelievable that the person Theresa had arrested was the one to help her out of there. Then John takes Paul to go get his former daughter in law away from El Fideo proving even more of a dead beat Shane was/is.

As has been mentioned I don't think Gabi and Paige ever even met before Gabi went to prison the first time, and Paige was killed shortly before Gabi was released. Plus unless Eduardo return I don't think there will ever be another mention of her being Rafe and Gabi's half-sister. So making her a Hernandez after he death was totally pointless in my very humble opinion.Comment

Gabi never knew Paige. She never had time to form any sort of connection or attachment to her. Making her a Hernandez was entirely pointless to begin with. She was already dead. The times that we've seen a Hernandez get riled up over the fact that she's dead never felt genuine and Gabi harboring any anger over that wouldn't make sense.Comment

This whole situation with Ben proves what terrible writers there are. They wrote Ben into a corner before they realized his potential and have been trying to backpedal ever since. I don't really care because I like RSW and nothing on this show has any value anyway. Making Ben the NTK was the best decision. RSW thrived with that sl. He was just the boring bartender before that. The issue is how they wrote his re-introduction. No one is allowed to have ill will towards him. His victims basically shrugged at his return. Will is now his friend. Chad talks to him like he did nothing to him or Abby. They had Hope act the fool. Ciara tried to talk to Eve like she was unreasonable for not being ok that her daughter's killer is walking free. -
I think they should've just made Ben an abusive boyfriend to Abby(as the signs were there) without having him killing anyone. That way they wouldn't have written him into a corner because he could've gotten therapy, made amends and always deal with the internal conflict of repeating the vicious cycle he grew up in. -
^ Well that was when Abby lied to Ben, was the reason why he snapped. But yeah, the writers showed later that he did not got over his abuse with his dad. And Abby got mental issues, that still needs to be addressed. I hope right now, Days addresses that she has not been well since 2015.

I don't think the writers care either. Even though she and Paige didn't meet doesn't mean she's can't hold anger about her death. Nobody is allowed to hold grudges against Ben but Chad and Abby. Gabi hasn't said a word to Ben or Jake about Ben kidnapping her or about what Stefan did when he got her. It's just all forgotten to move characters forward with no regard how weak and stupid they appear.Comment

Gabi and Paige barely knew each other so no and Yes she does have a reason to be mad at him for the kidnapping but I think she let that go once she forgave Stefan . Lastly the show has never told y’all to forget about the things he’s done considering his crimes gets all the time and he’s very honest and upfront with telling peopleComment

It may have been mentioned before that Rafe and Gabi never got a chance to know Paige because of the murder but it wasn't really a big issue. Gabi should be mad at Ben for kidnapping her and serving her up to Stefan to be tortured but all is forgiven now.Comment
