I thoroughly do not like Marlena but her relationship with Will is heart warming. I loved the teasing between them and his turning to his grandma when he had big problems. The best scene I remember was when Will returned as a grown up, this was a few years ago, and in the scene with Marlena he called her "grandma" and Hall turned around and quickly, under her breath, said "I told you not to call me that." Chandler (Will) just smiled and his eyes were sparkling.

On this poll I voted for Marlena/Will who don't seem to have as good of a relationship as before but their dynamic in the early 2010s was perfect

Loved Caroline and Sami!

I loved them too! One of my all-time favorite scenes from this show was when Caroline visited Sami at the Di Mansion after Sami learned of EJ's betrayal with Abby. Sami was in the middle of her revenge scheme against them, and everyone else seemed to be defending Abby and judging Sami. But Caroline listened to her w/o judging as Sami poured her heart out about how hurt she was. Caroline was the only one able to reach her. They really had a special bond and I loved their relationship.

Marlena and Will are my second choice, too - they also have a special relationship, IMO.
