Why was Zoey talking directly to Rafe??

Usually when clients are represented, attorneys talk to each other. They don’t talk directly to the party. I didn’t understand that whole convo with Zoey telling Rafe the judge tossed his motion out, and “I’ll talk to your attorney and set up visitation.” I mean, really, it just sounded to me like she was taunting him. Are they going to try for a Zoey/Rafe pairing?

Rafe and Zoey would make a good pairing. This is the first woman I can say that about.

l didn't understand it either. Why would she want to set up visitation when the object of the court action was to get full custody of David? And yes, they could be going for a relationship here. Rafe and Zoey taking off with David? Sounds like a good plan to me
