Here’s my theory Sami is behind it because she never got payback for her sleeping with ej so she is the one behind it because who ever drugged her is in DiMera and Sami is she is married to ej and she knows about abbys mental state she’s also smart enough to do it and not get caught she knew if Abby took the pills and that would trigger her mental state Sami is a tricky and clever person she’s worse than Gabi Sami and ej were a match made in heaven and Abby robbed her a chance to spend with ej. By the time Sami forgave him ej got shot and was presumed dead so Sami may see that that’s Abby fault because of her obsession over ej ruined her family yes it’s just a theory but it’s something that Sami would do also if it’s not Sami then it’s Vivian for killing her son she’s out for revenge and to get chad out of the way she drugs his wife

Abby is Lucas's niece and Will's cousin. I don't think Sami would do that.

No Sami would not do that now she had chances to hurt her Abby in 2014 and didn't do it. I could see Kate drugging Abby because she wants revenge against Chad for trying to kill her..
