I have a feeling she may already know Rex from her past? He'll be popping up at the end of the month and was last seen August 2019. 9 months later is Mother's day which means he could of hooked up with Zoey after being rejected by Sarah. Zoey could be a 3rd to have been in Labor that night. This would give Evan reason to be at the hospital along with daddy Orpheus. Sarah and Eric's little girl could of been swapped twice that night. The truth would make Zoey regret helping out her father and brother. She's a lawyer so she won't make it easy for Sarah and Eric to get their little girl back. We recently seen Orpheus advise Evan that no one can find out what they did along with Evan advising his sister that their kids need to know they are cousins. True she has a son that got mentioned back in 2016 by Orpheus but that doesn't mean she hasn't since had a daughter not yet mentioned.The chosen dialog could be hiding something. Xander discovering the truth would be Ideal for me thus him being the one to reunite Sarah with her baby girl would give him a chance to win her back.

No Zoey is not part of any baby swap at all. Rex is popping up but not back in Salem he just runs into Sarah in Paris. Zoey is not part of any of that none of them are. .They are not part of a baby swap they just want David back with his family. They are part of the crazy Ben, Rafe and Jordan storyline. Zoey has a son and only a son. -
Obviously, Zoey and Orpheus are hiding something. What remains a mystery! Maybe they are involved in the baby switch.Comment

Sarah’s baby is dead by the hands of either Summer if it’s proven true. Zoey is just Evan’s sister and lawyer.Comment

I came up with the Summer speculation so I do think Summer is responsible for the death pf Adrienne and the accident, I'm just not sure if it'll actually be Sarah and Eric's child that died. I had also questioned if Orpheus' children would pop up in Salem to reek havoc and here they are, well Evan was already in Salem we just didn't know Orpheus was his Dad yet. Orpheus and Evan have another secret yet to be revealed, they are guilty of something and I don't think it has anything to do with Jordan or her kid thus those secrets are already out of the bag. There's been speculation of a 3rd women giving birth that night which I shrugged off at the time but now I'm starting to wonder. Zoey is getting a new face mid May when the character gets recast. So Far she accomplished her goals which was to get her Brother and Father set free, now she's going for custody of David. She's family so that shouldn't get drawn out to long, she seems to be a quick moving lawyer so far and already labelled a good Mom. So what do they have planned for her after that? Perhaps just a romance with Rafe?

If there really was a three way baby switch, if Zoey or another woman really has Sarah's baby, I hope this woman is aware of it; if she ignored the passage we would see the replica of what Sarah is experiencing, certainly with less emotion because she's a character we don't know, but the story is likely to be a copy and paste.
Regarding the paternity of Zoey's alleged child, nobody thought about Xander? Maybe I'm wrong, but I had this thought.

Yeah we don't know who baby daddy of her son is so Xander could be, I haven't given it much thought, don't think we know where she was before coming to Salem either. At this time we don't know how long Rex will be back for but I do expect him to return to Salem with Sarah and not just a him in Paris appearance.Last edited by Milkshake24; April 24, 2020, 12:29 PM.
