Hope and Ben (Job Idea)

Hope will probably be fired as commissioner and Ben needs a job. Now they’ve made peace, would anyone like to see them work together as private investigators? I think it would be an interesting idea because Hope can still solve crimes without being held accountable legally and Ben could have a job helping people, but still keep his edge.

I cannot see them working together. At this point, I do not see Hope losing her job. Today was the first day in a really long time that I felt like I was seeing the real Hope. A lady who can admit when she's wrong and be honest with how she feels at the same time. As for Ben, the things that Jordan said are haunting him. He is going to be unable to see that he would have any potential with employment other than something shady. He believes that is who he is and always will be.

No I can not see that happening there is no way Hope could or should trust or be able to work with Ben even if he is cleared of the NTK murders.

As ridiculous as that sounds NOTHING would surprise me with this writing! The most realistic thing they've done in recent years was have Hope be obsessed with her daughter being with a serial killer. Of course, that was done to bash Hope & prop Ben, but she was as normal as any character could be in that role! And, NO, she'd NEVER be acceptable with Ben being with her daughter - "reformed" supposedly or not! She'd be too smart for that & always suspicious of him (who wouldn't?) and never let her guard down (he "may" miss a drug dose)! So, as crazy and off the charts as this sl is I'd not be surprised at anything they wrote! They may have Hope kissing his feet too before long & apologizing for the rest of her life about how "wrong" she was to have ever suspected or accused him of more crimes LOL!

take him on as a consultant for heinous crimes as some sort of profiler? not sure of his credentials but in this fictional world would not be the first sk to be hired by police...
