Hey all my Gabi fans! I found this nice article about Camila Banus..aka Gabi aka "The Total Package".

It's a nice write up about her career, and the differences between her roles on DOOL and Star. It also talks about how she styles herself most of the time. Our girl truly is the total package

Not a Gabi fan, but do think CB is a beautiful and talented woman; great article and it seems she does assist in styling herself for Red Carpets events but I am not sure it is saying she styles the Gabi character. Also I did see the Lifetime movie and without a doubt she portrays a villain exceptionally.

Flowercitty79, you and I must have some kind of psychic bond because I was about to post about this very same article. LOL I find it interesting the way Camila describes Gabi in comparison to NIna (her character on "Star"). She flat out says that Gabi is the nicer, and more well-meaning persona and when you think about what's currently happening on Days I shedder to what it is going to be like when Nina's claws come out!! LOL

But getting to days I find it telling that Camila describes Gabi the way she does. She clearly doesn't see Gabi as evil and I got the same impression in the Michael Fairman interview, Now most actors will say that don't play the villain as just the villain they try to find something relatable in the bad guy they are playing. Even if it's Adolf Hitler they try to find something human in them. So after eight years it's understandable that Camila would be kind of protective of Gabi the way she seems to be.

But still as a die-hard Gab fan its strengthens my be life that yes Gabi is doing bad right now, that she is lashing out in ways that are destructive to others and herself. But ultimately it will be a phase and not who she truly is. I*cue inspirational music and Technicolor sunset*

Haha great minds think alike!! I'm glad you like this article as well. I noticed that as well when she described Gabi as more well meaning than Nina lol. Have you watched Star? Nina is one firecracker! And very scandalous lol. CB is great, I see so many more projects in her future. I agree I think she will get back to her old kind and happy self, it's only a matter of time

I agree ckg1. She is amazing! I can see her doing many big things, I hope Days is able to hold on to her but I wouldnt blame her if she left eventially to pursue her career more. Either way I am happy for her

I have been watching "Star" and just started this season and no it's not a coincidence that Camila just happens to have been on the first two episodes. LOL I'm very intrigued by both Nina and Mateo Ferrara although I confess more so as by Nina not surprisingly I'm sure. LOL As a viewer I don't think I've seen enough of either them to make a meaningful assessment on who they as people yet. Although I get the impression that fi you say the word "monogamy" or the phrase "I'm telling you this in the strictest confidence" they would both cock their heads an stare at you blankly. LOL They seem to be peas in a pod in that regard.

I've long felt Camila's skills as an actress are underrated and I'm trilled to see her get more exposure. She is definitely a young woman who is going places!!
