Does Chad Really Love Abby?
I wonder from recent events...does Chad really loves his wife? He should be doing all the things to be with her and make the relationship work....

Chad indeed loves Abby. He is distraught as to why Abby does not want to spend time with him. He is not aware, that Gabi is drugging and playing mind games with Abby. Hopefully, he will learn soon what a wicked, devious person Gabi really is. -

Actions speaks so much louder than words. Saying he loves her yet moving out and paying little to no attention to her, speaks volume! He had to be talked into reaching out to her by Sonny! When he found her pass out and not hearing Thomas crying in his nursery, he should have moved back in. In fact, he should never have moved out! When she ditched him to go to a dr. appt he should have taken JJ up on his offer to take care of Thomas or called his Nanny that's been raising him since birth and gone with her! Oops, she lied and if he had done that he would have caught her in another one of her multitudes of lies and deceptions! Their marriage are built on lies, deceptions, scheming, etc. and not built on trust, love, compassion and support! Getting back together after learning the truth is something they'd do bc they truly believe marriage is built on sunshine and rainbows.Comment

Of course he loves her! Chad has proven his love over and over again. He's having trouble adjusting to what he believes is her carrying Stefan's child, but that doesn't negate his love for her. I can still see his love and commitment to her is still very much there. He doesn't want to give up on her or their marriage and has discarded any notion of even thinking of divorcing her. He's doing everything he can to work through his feelings and it's working, his love for her is winning out everyday.Comment

Chad does love Abby a lot he is completely in love with her and has proven his love to her over and over. He is just having trouble adjusting to her carrying her rapist Child but that doesn't show he doesn't love her. Abby is the love of his life and his soulmate he doesn't want to give up on his marriage at all he loves her way to much. He looked upset even at the thought of divorcing her he loves her way to much and he is doing everything he can to make their marriage work. Chabby are going to be just fine he just doesn't realize a sociopath is manipulating them. Chad's love for Abby wins out all the time. I can see how in love and committed to Abby he is and he shows it all the time. Chad just has so much to work through right now. Chad is seen talking about Abby all the time and I can see how much he wants to be with her and only her. Chad has never loved another women as much as he loves Abby and he never will. Chad and Abby are going to be just fine with their son and daughter by their side.Comment

Actually, I do not believe that Chad is acting and believe he is a profound idiot! Gabriella cannot call the shots or say/do anything unless he/Abby give her the power to do so. Gabriella is not the reason he moved out nor is she the reason he refuse to move back in. A loving couple does not allow intruders to control them. They stick together thru good times and bad times, thru sickness and in health and forsaken all others until death they do part! They do not base their love and marriage on sunshine and rainbow and know that there will be storms and tribulations but will be victorious if they stick together as glue!Originally posted by Collette View Post

I love how Gabi is the culprit here of everything that's going wrong with Chabby, but Chad and Abby are being made the villains. Smh to that.
But I will say, Chad's love is being proved. He's not running to divorce her, like Gabi wants him to. He's not ignoring Abby, he's working daily on overcoming his inadequacies, and setting time aside specifically for spending time with Abby and Thomas. He's focused everyday on mending things in himself and his marriage. Abby is giving him the space he seems to need right now. So, yes, their love is still very much there, by all these actions. So, yes, Chad still loves Abby and it's being proven by him not giving up on her or their marriage.Comment

Most men would have trouble handling their wife being pregnant by someone else....especially someone that he despises. But even though Gabi keeps feeding him doubts, has been extremely manipulative, and has been very "friendly", he has not bit and still cannot stay away from Abby. And he never will stay away because he has always loved her. They are wasting time on a revenge plot that everyone is tired of....but i just keep picturing Chabby together when she has the baby....that is going to be awesome!!!! And it keeps me happy!Comment

Of course he loves her. I don’t think there is any doubt. He’s having a difficult time
coping with the fact that he thinks Abby is carrying Stefan’s child ( thanks to Gabi). It’s difficult watching Chad and Abby suffer like this but I have the satisfaction that this will end soon and the truth will come out and they will be together.Comment

Chad will always have fond memories of his lust for Abigail and the thrill of the chase. Once he had a taste, he was ready to move on. However, his son ties him down to the relationship and that is the extent of his commitment to this certified mental case.Comment

If Chad doesn't move back to Jennifer's after finding the wig, then he's utterly useless. He needs to tell Abby, talk with Jennifer to let her know what's going on and move his butt back home to take care of his son. If he doesn't do these things he will prove he only cares about his feelings being hurt and is putting himself first.Comment

He says he does. But his behaviour has always been questionable IMO. He treats her like trash whenever things don't go his way.Comment
