I don't get it. When has anyone ever gotten anything over on Kate besides Stefano? Are we to believe that Gabi is as good as Stefano in that department.

Kate actually likes Gabi so that would be why she won't go after her. And she understands why Gabi's doing what she's doing. Kate said it herself, as long as Chad and the baby are not hurt, she doesn't care about Abby.

Completely disagree. Gabi is blackmailing Kate into silence and it doesn't matter who it is the Kate we know would never allow this to continue. It has never matter whether Kate liked the person or not.

Kate has never liked Abigail. Now if Gabi had done something like this to someone Kate cared for she would take her out. Since Gabi said she eventually will find a way to let Chad know it’s his baby Kate is ok with that.

I think Kate knows this revenge plot of Gabi's is probably not going to work. But she probably would hate to see her get hurt more than she already have been.

It's not like she's on board with this plan of Gabi's, otherwise she wouldn't be encouraging Chad not to give up on his marriage.

As far as Kate knows Gabi only drugged Abby once and Abby is fine. If she finds out that Gabi is continuing to drug her and especially if the drug starts affect the pregnancy THEN I think Kate will spill the beans to Chad.

Thank you for making the point! Empathy and sympathy for Abby and they’re pushing it over a breaking point. As if we do not know where this is going.

Kate knows that Gabi’s threats are idle. She even told Gabi to not push her. She also does not care for Abigail and not much for Chad so she is giving Gabi as much rope as she desires before chocking her with it.

I think it's weak this thing that Gabi has over Kate. If Kate really wanted to tell Chad she would. She could tell him, she's been blackmailed into feeding Stefan info, and I bet Chad would understand that, a hell of a lot more than he's going to understand her keeping his unborn child from him. Kate is just as pathetic and wretched as Gabi for going along with this.

I think Kate cares about Chad like a son. She was married to his father. His mother was an old friend. Chad may or may not find out that Kate knew the baby is his. She has gotten by with things before. But if Chad finds out I do not believe he will forgive Kate. Unless there is a reconciliation before he leaves town.
