Apparently Kate has a tiny conscience that is bothering her about letting Chad think the baby his wife is carrying is Stefan's, and that she's spying on him for Stefan. It's minuscule, but it seem to be bothering her a little bit.

OMG, so true! I was like, really Kate? Seriously, I think a lot of that was Kate speaking out of guilt, because she knows the truth what Gabi is doing. So, I guess she felt like she owed it to Chad to show support for his marriage. She's as fickle as the weather!

My jaw dropped when I heard Kate say that. She must really be feeling guilty.. My goodness I am not usually surprised by this writing team but that was a wow damn moment for me; Kate really has a heart.

I still think, most of what Kate was saying was out of guilt. Now I guess one could argue, where there's guilt, there's heart and a conscience, but I still have to give Kate the side eye with her hollow support today.

Kate's a smart enough woman, if she truly wanted to tell Chad the truth, she could find a way to neutralize Gabi, or heck, even if she admitted to Chad what she's been doing by feeding Stefan info, I think Chad might understand, as he knows how manipulative and controlling Stefan can be. Kate could tell if she truly wanted to, but she's choosing to stay loyal to Gabi, to cover her own butt! That's typical Kate!

LOL Mahdi. If nothing else she loves Chad the way she loves hr own. She does not want him deprived of the baby, but she is stuck between a rock and a hard place/

I think if Kate knew what Gabi did, drugged Abby and potentially put not only Abby's, but CHAD'S baby in danger she would have went right to him and told him the truth.

I'd like to think that too and I think Gabi knew that too, hence why Gabi didn't tell Kate about the drugging part.

Normally I'd agree, but I think that Gabi could see how against this plan Kate is. Why else do you think that she left out the part about drugging Abby? More than likely because she knew that that would be the final push Kate would need to tell Chad the truth.
