CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

Is Kayla really any better than Hope?

In a word yes. Whatever Kayla has done has been pretty selfless. She tried to help Steve and now Marlena. Hope on the other hand is all about herself. She broke the law to protect herself and she is hounding Ben for purely selfish reasons.

Kayla thinks Marlena might still have a chance to survive, so she is putting her career at risk to help someone. Considering John tried to kill Steve and Marlena was completely unphased by this, I think it's pretty darn big of her. Kayla isn't doing this for her own benefit, it would be easier for her to let Marlena die, then ethically she could just walk away. She's doing the harder thing because she honestly thinks Marlena might have a chance.Last edited by Cat women; September 19, 2018, 03:42 AM.

Until Kayla murders someone, hides the body, and sets someone else up for murder, I'd have to say that Kayla is WAY better than Hope. Even now after being in on the Marlena plan. Especially since, while unethical, at least she cares about someone other than herself.

At least Kayla does things (yes, that she shouldn't) for the benefit of somebody else. Hope does things to benefit herself. Even if she didn't plant the evidence against Ben she was way too willing to run with it.

Ben is a serial killer who is living in the house with her daughter & granddaughter. Despite the fans thrilled with the idea of the serial killer & Ciara being in love, he’s still a serial killer who brutally strangled three people. Imagine if you will, YOUR son or daughter living with Jeffrey Dahmer, one of the Manson crowd or one of the Hillside Stranglers? Serial killers don’t get rehabilitated. Just because they are sorry, they still MURDERED people. To me, not only is this story preposterous, it’s offensive.
What do you think Bo Brady would do about this if he were still alive?
Having said that, I don’t think Hope or Kayla should have jobs. You’ll have to forgive me if I have a problem with people breaking the law because a friend or a member of their family is in trouble with no real consequences afterwards. If you want to keep the character in the soap, don’t write them into a corner like this. They are doing the same thing to Gabi Hernandez. She just drugged someone because she is angry with them. In the real world, that would put her in jail for many years, especially as she is already a convicted murderer. On a soap? Everyone will be understanding because after all, she was upset with Abigail.
I’m kind of running out of gas with Days. Years ago, it was a lot easier to tell the bad guys & the good guys. Today, the lines are so blurred, it’s just confusing & not all that entertaining.
