CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

I thought the same thing, until I remembered soap opera timelines. While we've been seeing bloody John all week, in soap reality it probably has only been a few hours. What bothered me more was that John was in the room, getting underfoot while they were trying to work on Marlena. Why didn't the doctors or nurses get him out of there so they could do their work?

It has only been one night since the shooting happened so it makes sense that he wouldn't want to go home and shower and change clothes. It may be a weeks worth of episodes that are playing out on tv but it is only 1 day since the shooting happened in Salem.

I said the same thing to my best friend...surely the blood on his shirt would be considered a bio-hazard...could no one give him a hospital scrub, buy him a shirt at the gift shop, or stop by his home or lend him a clean shirt. Everyone under the sun has stopped by...."What can we do?" Well, pray AND bring the man a shirt.
