CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

It's not fair to criticize a character, or the actor, for choices the writers make. Julie, Marlena and Maggie have been friends for decades, in RL I can't see these friends being left out while 'fill in' actors we've never seen before were there.

It’s not the writers fault. Julie and Maggie were left out due to budget issues. It costs a lot of money to have the most of the main cast in one episode. Fill in actors are a lot cheaper than long actors who have been on the show for years. The producers do the best they could do. You should be happy they were able to bring in Shawn and Belle to begin with. I read that they asked Christie Clarke to come to but she was out of the country. I would rather them have fill in actors than nothing at all like Lucas and Adrianne’s wedding.

I realize it's all about the budget, but they included a line to explain why Hope and Rafe weren't there, a brief reason why Marlena's oldest friends in Salem weren't there should have been included IMHO, say Julie and Doug had to make a trip to Brookville to get something special for the reception (since they weren't at Doug's Place), Victor wasn't feeling well so Maggie wanted to stay home with him. 30 seconds or so would have explained the absence of dear friends.

I agree. A brief explanation would explain a lot. I remember when Chloe was going through a depression and went into prostitution and they didn’t bother to explain why her parents weren’t there for her. This has happened to various characters. Bill Horton, for example, comes off like the worst father because he has missed so much of his children’s lives. They could always explain that he is in another room like they did with Marie and Sarah during Mickeys funeral.
