Honestly, Will and Paul are a nice couple but there isn’t any substance to the couple outside of bed scenes. It doesn’t even have to be stated cause it shows in the scenes that Sonny is the love of Will’s life as much as Will is the love of Sonny’s.

Will's memories should not have come back during the happy days, but the days of real life between him and Sonny. Therefore Will would at least know then life was not a bed of roses with Sonny,.

Everyone is so excited about Will remembering his marriage and falling in love with Sonny and childhood. But Will hasn't gotten to the cheating, lying and fighting part of his relationship with Sonny. We also have yet to see him remember meeting Paul and that attraction. We'll see how that all goes over. I much prefer Will and Paul together (even though I enjoyed the love story of WilSon when it happened). For me, the WilSon ship sailed. I imagine there will be a revisit of their relationship, but I don't think that realistically the relationship would last (that said, soaps are far from realistic). Unfortunately, with actors leaving, we may end up with default past love.

I really think the writers were heading toward a Jarlena storyline with Will and Paul with a revisit of WilSon (like Roman and Marlena) in the middle. Anvils like Roman saying to Sonny that he understands what Sonny is going through with Will moving on with someone else. And there have been John/Marlena comparisons to Paul/Will. Anyway, contract changes may affect all of that. I would have really liked to see that whooe story play out.

No matter what, I love Chandler Massey as Will and think he is doing a fantastic job!

ICAM especially with Wilson time being over except I was never a fan of that pairing. And ita about actors contract getting in the way, that's the nature of soaps.

I also mentioned the Horita Jarlena anvils in another message. It was obvious where they were going with this.
I can see them revisiting that if the role is recast but they need to be careful how they do so. CS is why viewers mainly love Paul imo.

speculation i wonder if there's going to be a triangle with Paul injured and wilson cheating like marlena/john/roman back in the day or Paul claiming he's badly Injured when he's not just to keep will I hate cheating storylines

sophie12 I hope Paul does not die, but if his exit is to another hospital, maybe one day, if Paul comes back, there would be more anguished with WILSON...Paul wakes up from his coma thinking Will has been faithful to him...I just wished Will tells Paul, "I love you but I got my memory back! I love Sonny now and forever more".
