It's a speculation of the returning character Jordan.....there is a kid recasted too. It has been said here, but now in social media as well....I am thinking Jordan arrives with Rafe's Jr, now. I was in denial too.

If it's not Jordan....I am also thinking it could be Mimi's and Rex child. They must have made up and had a kid. Mimi is returning at some point later and Kyle is rumored to play Rex.

Any thoughts?

Before Jordan left, she was in a relationship with Chad and didn't look pregnant so I don't think it could be Rafe Jr. unless something happened off screen.

She and Chad were broken up for a while but she and Rafe danced before she left. They looked friendly. Its plausible something happened.

I don't know if anyone has posted this, but on Twitter someone tweeted at RonC that they'd be mad if Sami came back with Rafe's baby. Ron tweeted "You'll soon find out." Maybe he was just teasing us to get people to watch, but it made me hopeful.

CallAboutTheCat Oooo on Rafe & Sami! It would be probable because they had one hot sex! It would be the only solution too to add to Sami's next story. Ron got my hopes high again! Crossing my fingers!

I could see now that Jordan could have had Rafe Jr....I wonder if they slept after Chad??? I wonder if Chad slept with Jordan too??? It would have been the next step to Chad, since Abby might be short term.

Jordan coming back with Rafe Jr. makes sense. I heard from a reliable source, Rafe ends up with a connection to Ben. This all makes sense now. Jordan comes back with Rafe's child and Ben is the uncle. Jordan is back long-term, which will make for a good story.

SAFE baby makes no sense and serves no purpose story wise, with Sami back for only 2 months.

I never cared for the Jordan character, but she was last involved with Chad. I, for one, would love for Sami to come back with Rafe's kid. I think Rafe should be allowed to raise a baby from the beginning. Plus it's much more soapy with the recent tension between Hope and Rafe over Sami and would provide years' worth of story. Plus it gives Sami a kid from each of her great loves: Lucas, Rafe, and EJ. I would much rather a Safe baby than a Jafe baby. LOL.

I couldn't agree more with Sami have kids from the loves of her life! I would be happy to see a pregnant Sami.....if the Jordan thing is true, well, good for the story, but where does this leaves Hope????? I wonder if Bo is coming back from the dead???

I dont see how a Sami and Rafe baby would provide years of story when Sami won’t be on the show. You can’t have conflict if one of the parties is absent. And how is Rafe going to raise a baby from the beginning when Sami will not be living in Salem?

If Rafe gets a surprise child, Jordan makes a way more dramatic choice as the mother. Ben would be an uncle to Rafe’s child and that would keep him in their lives, whether Hope wants it or not, and no matter what happens with Ciara.

I don't see Rafe as a great love of Sami's maybe one of his though.

Lucas and EJ are the only ones that qualify and I say this as someone that didn't like either pairing.

I agree! Rafe was not a "great" love for Sami. He was good to her and her children in time of need. She will always be grateful. She even admitted to Rafe, during her last visit, EJ was the love of her life. I believe that to be true. She is still mourning him after 4 years.
