    Dallas '78 had Bobby&Pam....Dallas '12 has..........

......John Ross&Pamela Rebecca. Original Dallas was premised on a Romeo&Juliet type thing with Pamela Barnes&Bobby Ewing. I saw shades of that in tonight's exchange between John Ross&Pamela Rebecca outside the courtroom.
On another note,Judtih Brown(Ryland)delievered again. That nutty broad never fails to make me LOL. Speaking of LOL I did a hearty chuckle when Harris said "Kiss Bobby goodbye for me " to Annie

P.S. Original Dallas also had Pamela&Clifford Barnes. NuDallas has Elena&Drew Ramos. CC&company have laid the foundation for a potential gold mine here. I hope the public gives this show a chance to find it's footing.
Mama Brown's facial expressions are killing me!!

I kinda think it would've served Judith&Ryland well to google Robert James Ewing. I'm not sure they know who they're stoking here lol. They're begging Bobby to bring horrible h&ll down on them with the games they're playing lol.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^LMAO! Vic Jr I've avoided jail&prison all of my life. Never been in trouble once with the law. If I had anything to do with Judith(romantic or not)I'd have to gleefully surrender myself to the authorites. I'd kill that woman without batting an eyelash lol.

Emma's ice is melting. The clouds are starting to part for her. She's begining to have second thoughts about dear granny&daddy Ryland......and her mother. It won't be long now before Annie&Emma are bonding.

^^^After watching the previews all I could think was "Thank God Annie got out of southfork when she did!" I hope JR manages to fix that mess, but his time is running out!

Hi DrIvan! Glad to know I'm was not alone in seeing shades of Pam/Bobby in John Ross/Pamela Rebecca. There were some looks there, that said both of them are really starting to care about each other. Ironically, the buisness compitition/situation that drew them into each other's orbit, may well be what they both come to resent if they do fall in love. This can make for some great drama, and as you said, have shades of orginal Dallas in the story telling. I would like that.

hi Victor Wow, I missed the previews for next week (I'm going to watch the show again on in demand, maybe later on today.) I can't believe how fast this week's episode moved. The "One Month Later" was actually startling to me!! (I am wondering what occured in that entire month-to the characters on the show! lol) Did anyone else react to the 'one month later', thing?

I like the comparison of Elena and Drew being a throwback to Pam and Cliff........I really wasn't viewing them that way, really, but....you can see the parallel......I'd be interested to see both John Ross and Pamela trying to sway Drew to their way of thinking and betray his sister and Christopher....

I would also like to see Drew harboring a big secret to use against the Ewings due to his bitterness over his father's death...

I'm not sure though I'm leaning toward thinking he escaped. I also think we've our prime suspect(guilty party?) in the upcoming 'Who Done It'

Hello Tulip!! I'm glad you saw those shades in Pamela&Junior too. You've saved me from wondering if I've not been imagining things lol. I too was thrown with the 'One Month Later' thing. I don't think that's something I'd enjoy seeing done on a regular basis on the series. I,like you, couldn't help but wonder what the heck had been going on/happening to everyone during that lost month. I don't mean to throw salt on Cynthia Cidre&crew but I think Warner/TNT would be well served bringing David Jacobs on in some capacity(as a consultant perhaps)for this Dallas. Good hearing from you Tulip.Enjoy your Tuesday!

I was surprised finding myself seeing parrallels between the two sets of siblings. I like your idea of JohnRoss&Pammie trying to lure Drew to their side of the street.
