Pamela Rebecca should sue Elena for alienation of affection.

I think that Pamela Rebecca should sue Elena for alienation of affection. Elena stole Christopher right from under Pamela. She was throwing herself at Christopher even when she was with. John Ross. Then she kept badmouthing Pamela every chance she got. Pamela should make her pay for what she has done to her marriage to Chris and to me this is the best way to make her pay.

While it might make for good story I think the last thing Pamela should do is sue. She did a bang up job of sabotaging&torpedoing her (sham)marriage to Christopher all by herself.

This "alienation of affection" law should be tarred, feathered, and burned at the stake.

If a married man is in a room, and I walk into that room BUCK NEKKID and do a table dance.... twirk and twirl and land in his lap, he ought to have enough respect for his vows to tell me NO. And that goes for a married woman as well. No one can STEAL someone that has a will of their own. Stealing should only refer to inanimate objects or non-humans. If you take someone against their will, it's kidnapping.... If someone CHOOSES to go with you, it's called free will.

If anyone is liable, it's the married party.

Hey, Elena had him first and P/R lied to get him. If P/R sues, then Elena should countersue. In civil court much more evidence is allowed in than in criminal court. That way P/R's shenanigans could be exposed to the whole world, including her present relations w/John Ross--her estranged husband's half-brother/cousin. The judge would throw P/R's case out with the rest of the trash and may even grant Elena compensation for emotional pain and suffering.

..........ITA DrIvan!! To Pamela Rebecca the marriage was a con, that was the plan, and her plan was to use Christopher all along. So the reason their marriage imploded is on her.

As far as I am concerned, Christopher and Pamela Rebecca were never married. The whole marriage was a sham based on lies told by her. Christopher and Elena deserve to rekindle their romance. Pamela Rebecca has no one to blame but herself.

My last word on the sham Pamela Rebecca pulled on her cousin Christopher. CC&tptb should've done a bit of research(it would've made my viewing of this story a bit more enjoyable)before they had two cousins(regardless of blood relation or not!)marry&bring children into the mix. In the state of Texas it's illegal for first cousins to marry. Since Christopher had no idea what his cousin&uncle were up to the court should've been declared this sham of a marriage null&void without haste.

see if you can find it they should have,lol this whole story line was nuts if you asked me..........and like with bobby or chris you would have thought one of them would have said but shes his cousin!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't PR cheating with/going after John Ross before she married Christopher? Now that John Ross and Chris are on friendly terms maybe John Ross will finally stand up to PR for what she did.

PR is the best of the girls currently with that said, why sue her? She has Chris' twins stakes in the company, too keep her in town Chris has to be nice to her, shes budding with JR. Add in the fact that Chris and Elana must have had problems before the letter (why else actually believe the email and just show up), problems with I think in time will resurface. Elana was the one who ran, so my question is why should Pamela Rebecca do anything but wait. Elana will torpedo herself.

Right now I think Elena is going to wind up getting involved in something with her brother Drew. I actually like PR, and while what she did was wrong I never liked the idea of Christopher trying to take the babies from her. That was beyond the beyond.
