Is anyone else wondering about this? I'm curious to know because the last we saw of the old Ewing Oil offices, at the end of season 1, they were completely gutted and looked like an empty warehouse. In the opener of season 2, the new company, Ewing Energies, is up and running, with beautiful, modern offices. It takes time to accomplish this, which leads me to believe that at least several months have gone by. That means that Pamela Rebecca's pregnancy should be quite visible, as some posters mentioned on other threads. Yet they made a point of showing her, both profile and frontally, and she had no belly at all. I think they may have been trying to tell us something about the babies. Did something happen to them? Did she miscarry, have an abortion, or, better yet, did she deliver them already, w/o Christopher's knowledge? I'd hate to think it was just an inconsistency or oversight on the writers' part. That would be bad and I doubt that it's the case. At least I hope not. Any thoughts???

yeah i was wondering about that too ,they work fast and rebecca not having any belly really got me......i dont think she'd get a abortion its her ticket to the ewings.i do think it would be intresting if she faked the whole pregancy story,she'd probally end up pregant with john ross's kid

thats a good question - i was wondering that as well because i remember some words being exchanged between John Ross and Elena at how Elena's been avoiding him or something like that
for a 'few weeks'
i doubt the twins have been born - because also remember what Frank said to Rebecca about her next move and she said she had to go away and think and now it was time for her to make an entrance
so my guess is a few weeks or a month

The problem with it being only a few weeks or a month is that I doubt the new offices could be ready so quickly after starting from scratch (considering what we saw at the end of season 1, as I said previously - completely gutted, empty space). if time had passed and she had given birth, am sure there would have been a mention of it somehow
actually - didnt christopher threaten rebecca with something like he will get her sent to jail and then have the kids taken off her when they are born?? in last weeks episodes am sure something like that was exchanged

Now if the babies were born - why would they dig the cradle out now

What if she gave birth when she was away and no one knows about it yet? Tonight, again, they showed her several times, with a completely flat stomach. Something's not right here, IMO.

When P.R. revealed her true identity to Bobby and Christopher, she said it wasn't about the money - that her father could buy and sell them ten times over (paraphrasing). She doesn't need a ticket to the Ewings. Didn't she also tell John Ross it wasn't about the money, and he agreed it was about hurting Christopher? Their main goal is to get revenge on Chris. The more I think about it, the more I think Pamela Rebecca went away to have an abortion. What would hurt Christopher more than killing his babies, especially since he's been threatening to take them away from her and never let her see them? He's been holding the babies over her head like a weapon, and an abortion would take away that weapon and give her the last word in the situation. I hope I'm wrong, but I have a bad feeling about this, and seeing her again tonight with no sign of being pregnant (with twins no less) increases my suspicion. I think she's much more spiteful and vengeful than we realized. (I wonder where she gets that trait from!?!

That really has me puzzled too...I mean it's not like she is just pregnant with one child...it's twins...she should definately be showing...and if more time had actually passed...and she was still not showing...wouldn't Christopher be suspicious that she was even really pregnant at all

Well, I actually know a woman who had twins who barely showed until about 6 months...so....I don't think it's that far-fetched....
And Christopher attended an ultrasound with her in season 1.....so unless she had paid off the doctor....I think the pregnancy is real......
july baby i agree with you,i dont think its the money she wants revenge on the ewings,manly chris and maybe even bobby maybe cliff has told her thats why pam wouldnt come back because of them two or something and i think she isnt carrrying babys,for what ever reason like you said what better way to get back at chris than take his kids from him forever.........

Her not showing is bothering me as well. Maybe she lost them and that's why she is hooking up with John Ross...

When Christopher got the phone delivered that was supposed to have been from Tommy didn't the guy delivering it say there was a month or month and a half delay as per instructions.

well you see i understand where you are coming from - but i remember at the end of season 1 Dallas 2012 when it was revealed that she was Cliff Barnes daughter... she said to him that she wont lose focus again, Christopher threatended to take the babies!
now that made me think she was ready for war and it was her 'motherly instincts' to protect her babies and keep them ... was going to be her reason to fight Christopher and seek her revenge for breaking her heart - she fell in love with him knowing they were cousins! ewwww and in the finale Cliff's instructions were for her to get a piece of Ewing Energies so he can put the Ewings down...and she is gonna be a fantastic character on this show for years to come! that damn new barnes woman!!

The 2.11.2013 episode answered this question when the news report about Tommy's body showing up stated '...who has been missing for two months....' - so that is the amount of time that has passed between season one and season two....two months.....
see thats why i like coming on here and reading i didnt even pick up on that..................so she should be like 3 mos along

I was paying careful attention to it....as I knew that the body being found and Pamela being charged would not be the end of it....and when I saw Frank dig up the body and it was not just 'bones' yet...I figured they had to say it was 'soon' after.......
yeah frank digging up that body, its not a job i would have wanted to do,
