dr.ivan are you a writer for dallas or what?lol.thanks for the tips it sounds like its going to be a great season and one to always remember.
LOL!! No VictoryLord I'm not lol. Season two does sound awfully interesting&exciting......and sad of course.
I'll be interested to see who the 'enemy' from the past is in episode 5...it could refer to Afton Cooper, but......then again...it could be a LOT of people.....
Dr.Kipling, thank you so much for posting the upcoming season's sneak peek! I wonder who Cliff Barnes' unexpected visitor will be.
Hard to believe Larry Hagman is no longer with us. I wonder how they will be writing the tribute story line for J.R. Ewing. Both Larry and J.R. were larger than life.
You're welcome Viki&Charlie. I'm betting dollars to donuts Cliff's unexpected visitor is Pamela Rebecca's mother.
You are so right about Larry Hagman&J.R. Ewing. They were both mighty forces to be reckoned with.
Good seeing you again Viki&Charlie!
Thank you Dr Ivan Kipling...Sounds great and I can't wait. I guess that means that the Ewings are not going to try and retake Ewing Oil than. Them fighting over Ewing Energies sounds good. Regarding Cliff Barnes, what beef could he have with the Ewings? He has Ewing Oil. Glad that John Ross is not going to chase after Elena. I hated that she sent her mother to give him his ring instead of doing it herself. Very cowardly. Rebecca Pamela is good as well. Sounds like this will be a good and bitter sweet season. We will also have to say good Bye to JR Ewing.
You're welcome Bronson. Yeah it seems the Ewings are content to let Ewing Oil stay a thing of the past
I'm happy you mention Cliff&his 'vendetta'. By the time the original show had wrapped Cliff had all but given up going after J.R. He'd won. By the time the reunion movies rolled around Cliff had everything he'd wanted&no reason to continue his battle with J.R.. IIRC Cliff even lets EO go so he can go after Afton&Pamela Rebecca. I can't understand why tptb of Dallas2012 decided to make it as though Cliff has been nursing this grudge all these years(other than the fact it's making for good story lol).
Season two sounds like it's going to be full of in-fighting,back bitting,intrigue,blackmail,&schemes.........all that I've come to expect from the Ewings&their foes lol.
Were it not for having to say goodbye to Larry Hagman/J.R. Ewing I'd say it was going to be a perfect season.
Thanks for the update
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^You're welcome.
Thank you so much for the outline!
Did I miss something in reading through it though? I don't think Sue Ellen is mentioned. Is she on at this point at all?
Sorry I did read again and she is mentioned.I guess just not as much as I would thought she woul be.

You're welcome. Yes Sue Ellen's mentioned. Looks like John Ross will try&get his mother's help in his attempt to gain total control over Ewing Energies. I also think we'll be seeing more of Sue Ellen as she continues towards Texas Governorship.
Yes I would think Sue Ellen would have her share but sometimess she's a bit seperate from the rest.I guess it makes sense has her own thing going on. I'm glad they have her moving forward with her life.
*A few more words on season two:
Seems all will be revealed concerning that envelope Annie burnt in the Ewing fireplace last season. Revelations of secrets from her past may lead us to discover Annie Ewing's not who we thought she was(Yikes!)
Emma Brown(Annie's daughter;raised by her grandmother)is going to discover the world outside the sheltered saftey zone she's accustomed to.
We meet the genuine Rebecca Sutter in the season premiere. Christopher goes looking for Rebecca in hopes she can lead him to Tommy who he hopes will shed light on who his wife(Pamela Rebecca)really is. Rebecca Sutter also crosses paths with John Ross.
Sue Ellen's attempt to blackmail the medical examiner last season comes back to bite her&threatens her run for the governorship. Will this push Sue Ellen to the point of imbibing?
Speaking of Sue Ellen we(FINALLY)get to see where she lives. Linda Gray/Sue Ellen will be in all 15 episodes in season two.
There's an unconfirmed(?)report that Charlene Tilton's back for two episodes.
As we know Audrey Landers is back as Afton Cooper.
Cliff Barnes is back in episode 4 to spread his own special brand of joy.
J.R.&John Ross try to take over Elena's loan from Sue Ellen in their attempt to gain complete control over Ewing Energies.
John Ross, still smarting over losing Elena, will make much of the female population of Dallas happy as he plays the field in season two.
We'll see Pamela Rebecca flying a helicopter lol.
Judith Light's character sounds like a force to say the least. She's more than willing to fight to the death against those who threaten her loved ones. The loved ones don't fare much better it seems lol. Judith's character will use any&every psychological trick in the book to get those she loves to do her will.
*-Thanks to TNT&Ult*mate Dallas.
P.S.Here's a photo of J.R.&Sue Ellen at Sue Ellen's home:

"Both were larger than life and will be missed!"
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^So true Viki&Charlie.Speaking of saying goodbye, the episode where we say goodbye to J.R. is currently called "J.R.'s Masterpiece".
Dr.Kipling, the current title "J.R.'s Masterpiece" says it all about this iconic character and what Larry Hagman brought to the table with his portrayal of J.R. Ewing. I will have a huge supply of Kleenex tissues right next to me when it is time to say goodbye to J.R. and Larry Hagman. He will be dearly missed.
Thank you so much for posting all the updates about what awaits us for the second season of Dallas and for the photo of Sue Ellen and J.R. at her home.
I certainly agree with you Viki&Charlie. The title "J.R.'s Masterpiece" sums it all up. I hope tptb keep the title. It's fitting for so many reasons.
I too will be a bucket of tears I'm sure.
You're very welcome for the update. I was happy to do it. See you soon Viki&Charlie.
the ewings get together when an outside force tries to harm them! ??
now thats something to think about now!
i wonder now, who could it be! Vicente's maybe!
