Remembering Passions

I have always heard great reviews of Passions. I am now watching it for the first time from beginning to end. This would be a first time for me. Hopefully some of you want to watch along with me. I'll post again with all the twist and turns of the soap. Let me know if your in!

How far are you? I started watching in 2003 so now I am catching up on the years that I missed! Loved every minute of this show, I was 10 when I started watching, it was first soap opera....EVER

I never understood why this soap was cancelled, everyone loved it. It was so different and entertaining, never a dull moment on Passions.
Where are you watching it?

I miss passions no matter how stupid the storylines were. Thank goodness for yt, I am watching september of 2000.

the most of the show is up on youtube. just type in: Passions episode 1 / 2 / 3 and so on

i love the first ethan and thereza. they had real chemistry. no offense to the ethan recast, but he never touched me with thereza then the first one.

yeah i can't understand it too why they canceled it. but i don't understand too why they canceled sunset beach back then too but it makes so much sense to cancele an over 30 year old soap like Another World for a brand new soap like Passions. lol

Man I miss it too!!! Super Channel ran re runs of it after it ended but even that stopped.... most of the youtube videos are prob ones recorded off on that channel from the beginning of the soap...but at least I got to see it after it left NBC

I loved the show but the storylines went on forever with no resolution and some of the characters were absurd like TC Russell and his anger issues and Eve's loser sister who had nothing to do but harass Eve. Would I want it back on the air, sure but with some differences.

I've been going through such Passions withdrawl lately! I'm definitely on the site we can't mention looking at episodes and clips. I was just watching one of the ones from the finale where Lil E and Ethan are finally united as father and son and Lil E looks at Ethan and says "Dad.", and then gives him the biggest hug

If they could bring this one back,some of the characters would (should ) spend time getting all of their hopes and dreams crushed like they did to some. I hated that some characters got away with thier scheems for YEARS and still ended up with their prize (Ivy).
