I've never seen a show that changes so much every year even though the cast remains the same for the most part. The only thing that remains the same from the first season is that Naomi is a spoiled rich girl. Other than that it's almost comical how much the characters change every season.

Where was Riley, Dixon's therapist & Annie's new boyfriend? Why wasn't he at the West Beverely reunion this week? This would have been a great time to bring in the original cast . David could talk with Dixon about Music. Dylan could have been a mentor for Liam? Brandon could have given Navid advice and etc.

None of the original cast members want anything to do with the show since most of them did it for 10 years.
I agree. I watched faithfully the first few seasons. But I could never find a couple to root for because they kept playing musical beds. I wanted Annie and Liam to be that couple; they had potential but it's like the writers don't want any couple to be happy for too long. Nobody has made my heart beak the way the original 90210 characters did.

This past weeks episode was the best one in a long time. They actually acknowledged things from the first season that just seemed to vanish totally like Silver's blog, Adrianna and Annie's acting aspirations.

I thought it sucked because it now not part of any story lines about any of them anymore.
You know they lost it when womanizer Teddy suddenly realized he was gay. I hated how Navid was Ade's savior and then he and Silver were meant to be. Then I made myself content with that...but all of e sudden only Liam among all her friends is the one who could understand her? Once they slept together, I was through. I would understand if she had residual feelings for Dixon, who is the one helped her get a bipolar diagnosis, but the sudden closeness to Liam (who, duh, dated her best friend Annie) was too much. I had to stop watching.
