So, we all saw Roman declare that blood tests revealed that E.J. can’t be Stefano’s soon. Phooey! I say! Phooey!!! Here’s how I’m continuing my stance that E.J is Stefano’s son.
First of all, the three amigos can’t just call up the hospital and determine that E.J. is not Stefano’s son with two blood types. Aside from that little legal problem of a warrant, they would have to know Susan’s blood type (not to mention their Rh factors) and figure that in as well. Now, if they would have done the DNA test, they would have known for sure. But, Rafe made the specific point of opting for blood types.
So, riddle me this – what if the character James Scott is playing now is not Susan’s son, but is Stefano’s son with another woman. Thanks to Chad, we’ve already established the fact that Stefano can’t possibly keep track of all his baby mamas. If that’s the case it would still explain why E.J. is the exact spittin’ image of grandpappy Santo.
Therefore, Alice could very much still be telling the truth. (And for the purposes of this supposition, assuming that Alice is telling the truth is the safest bet you’ll get anywhere in Salem.) Her note said that Susan’s baby is not Stefano’s son. So what if Edmund was the father of Susan’s baby all along; the real Susan/Edmond baby is off actually being 15 years old; and E.J. is still a DiMera with a yet-to-be-named mother*?
What do you think? Let me know in the comment section!
* As I pointed out in a past episode of Soap Central Live, Maggie has a carton of loose eggs out there. One of them grew into a Daniel. One of them could easily have grown into an E.J. with...wait for it...Hope as the surrogate! That would make E.J. Maggie’s son, give an interesting twist to the Daniel-helped-Nicole-keep-E.J.-away-from-the-baby plot, and give Hope a meaty storyline.
Thoughts?
