Okay. Where to start?
I'm Erica and I'm 20 years old.
Guiding Light was my first Soap addiction, started around 7 years old, watching with my mom. Still do to this day, however not so much anymore given their lack of good writing and the fact that they think I want to sit around for 60 minutes a day watching newbies and characters that have no back history or links to the canvas - and I just don't. If Reva or Reva and Jeffrey aren't on my screen, Guiding Light won't be, either (and that excludes any Jeva scenes, since they make unbelievably sick)
All My Children came next. Kendall & Zendall fan to the end. I haven't tuned in since Alicia Minshew went on her leave, and I certainly wasn't itching too considering the garbage that's been force fed down the viewers throat from all angles, mostly Bianca, Zach and Reese. I used to love Binks, that time is over now and I cannot wait til she packs her garbage and heads back to Paris with HER baby and her girlfriend. But, once Lish is back from vacatiom (Jan. 30th) I will be a faithful AMC viewer, once again.
And lastly, General Hospital. I watched sporadically as a kid, again due to my mother's viewing but didn't really find myself interested in it until around 2003 when Kelly Monaco came from Port Charles. Sam fan all day, every day - and by extension a Jason and Samfan too. Right now, this is the soap I watch most out of all three, as it's the only one able to hold my interest, surprisingly.
But ISoapCentral. I spend more time on the boards than I do actually watching these shows. I get a lot of entertainment and I've met a lot of great people
