Agree, I too think it is evidence against Carlos and the cover up.

I would like to change my answer to "other". I thought about this as I was driving home yesterday. What if it is some kind of proof of Andrew running down Carlos's mom?

It could be both, a confession and evidence - in another words, the whole sordid story, with copies of photos - especially if he's going to commit suicide, which is what it sounded like to me.

I don't think Orson will kill himself. I think he told Bree he was not going to kill himself. He want's to stick it to Bree for dumping him.

Because of how they broke up, I'm really starting to think that he has something on Andrew. I think he feels like the ultimate hurt would be seeing Andrew go to prison for running down Mrs. Solis.

I started really disliking Orson after he ran out in front of Edie's car which caused the crash that led to her death and he took NO accountability for it whatsoever. Not even a shred of guilt, remorse, or regret.
It would be so evil of him to now implicate someone else in any wrongdoing ...... unless of course it is his own confession at stalking Bree and murdering Chuck.

Man I just love Orson but I bet that envelope holds a copy of the picture of the girls taking the body out of the house. If he can't have Bree then I guess Bree isn't going to have her life either now on account of him as payback. :(

Orson and Andrew always appeared to get along really well.
If Orson put something in that envelope about Andrew re: Carlos' mother... I'll be p'd off.
I hated the character when he ran Mike over in season three (and/or season two finale). I started liking him in season four... but that didn't last long. His character came full circle... running people over.
