I think it maybe about when she can go back to work after being hurt in the crash in the ER. Or it maybe about whether or not she should have a vaginal or c-section delivery with the baby. Robin may feel that this is something she should decide since it's her body but Patrick will want a say in this also because of all of the risk involved because of the HIV. Who really knows but we will find out on tuesday night!!!

I thought it was about when she should start her maternity leave. It seemed as if that's what Robin and her friend were talking about in the locker room and then Patrick and Robin were discussing her going back to work. I'm pretty sure that's what they were discussing but I could be wrong.
